Iryna is one of the leading and most experienced Ukrainian specialists in the field of financing
and capital markets.
Iryna worked on some of the biggest finance and capital markets transactions on the
Ukrainian market, including the issuances of Eurobonds by the State of Ukraine and Ukrainian
companies for a total amount of over USD 14 bn.
Iryna has been involved in Commercial, Corporate and M&A work since 1998.
She advised on several M&A transactions in the financial sector, on registration of international
and Ukrainian payment systems, incorporation and licensing of financial services companies.
Since 2017, Iryna has been actively involved in international arbitration and litigation proceedings.
Iryna worked as an expert on several legislative initiatives, including Ukraine’s law on
Public-Private Partnership.
She holds an LLM in Banking and Finance from the University of London and worked in the
London office of a leading international law firm.
Iryna is a member of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association. She completed ICC Advanced Arbitration Academy in 2016 and obtained CIArb Fellowship in the same year.
Iryna is a graduate of the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy (UCGA).
Iryna worked as an expert on several legislative initiatives, including Ukraine’s law on
Public-Private Partnership.
In 2021, she was chosen by an independent nomination committee and agreed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to be appointed as an independent Supervisory Board member of the Main Gas Pipelines of Ukraine (MGU).
